The latest assessment hit a whopping 73.45 million dollars, which is an astronomical 100 billion won plus converted into our own money.

4. 근데 재밌는 건 작년보다 집값이 무려 11%나 빠졌다는 거임.

But the kicker is that property values actually tanked by a whopping 11% since last year

5. 작년 7월 기준으로는 8,266만 달러였는데 1년 사이에 거의 1,000만 달러 가까이 증발해버림.

It was valued at 82.66 million dollars back in July of last year, but nearly 10 million just evaporated into thin air in a single year.

6. 일반인들은 상상도 못 할 돈이 공중분해 됐는데, 워낙 돈이 많은 형이라 자기 집값이 내렸는지 올랐는지 신경이나 쓸지 모르겠음.

A mind-blowing amount of cash just vanished into thin air, but since that guy is filthy rich, I doubt he even cares if his house value fluctuates.

7. 밴쿠버에서 내로라하는 부촌에 있는 다른 게이트 달린 저택들도 상황은 비슷함.

12. 밴쿠버 아일랜드 근처에 있는 섬인데 섬 하나 통째로 사는 가격이 칩 윌슨 형 집 한 채보다 싸다는 게 좀 아이러니함.

It’s pretty ironic that snagging an entire island near Vancouver Island is actually cheaper than Chip Wilson’s house.

13. 포인트 그레이 쪽에 있는 시갈 부부의 예전 집도 4% 떨어져서 4,251만 달러 찍었고, 대지면적만 6만 평방피트(약 1,680평)나 되는 또 다른 저택도 6.5% 하락해서 4,060만 달러가 됨.

The Seagals' former place in Point Grey slipped 4% to hit 42.51 million, while another massive estate sitting on a 60,000-square-foot lot took a dive by 6.5% down to 40.6 million.

14. 전반적으로 초고가 주택 시장이 좀 식은 것 같은데, 떨어진 가격도 우리 같은 서민들한테는 평생 구경도 못 할 액수라 타격감 1도 없을 듯.
