Specifically, sprinklers are limited to 5 to 7 AM, while hand-watering is only allowed from 6 to 9 in the morning.
10. 비즈니스는 짝수 월요일, 홀수 화요일로 룰이 좀 다르니까 참고하고.
Keep in mind that businesses follow different rules, with even addresses on Mondays and odd ones on Tuesdays.
