To use this service, you gotta book an appointment on the dedicated portal, and obviously, the booking is 100% free.
6. 그런데 이 아저씨가 여기서 매크로(자동 예약 프로그램)를 엄청나게 돌린 거지.
But this guy was running macros like crazy on the portal
7. 이른바 “봇”을 써서 시스템을 마비시킬 정도로 예약 슬롯을 싹 다 독식해 버린 거야.
He used so-called bots to hog all the booking slots and crash the system
8. 그러고는 캐나다랑 미국에 사는 우크라이나 사람들에게 SNS랑 온라인 채팅방을 통해 그 예약권을 돈 받고 팔아넘겼어.
Then he sold those slots for cash to Ukrainians in Canada and the U.S. via social media and online chat rooms
9. 콘서트 티켓팅할 때나 보던 암표상 수법을 정부 서비스에 써먹은 거지.
He pulled the same old scalping moves from concert tickets on a government service
10. 정말 킹받는 포인트는, 비싼 돈 주고 예약권을 산 사람들이 막상 예약 당일에 방문해 보니까 자기 이름으로 등록조차 안 되어 있었다는 거야.
The absolute kicker is that people who shelled out big bucks for those slots showed up only to find their names weren't even on the list
11. 결국 헛걸음하고 돈만 날리게 된 셈이지.
They ended up making the trip for nothing and just flushed their money down the drain
