Right now, a few higher-ups and park rangers are barely holding down the fort on a rotating basis, so there's no way facilities are properly maintained.

Even the workers at Delta's Deas Island Park, Langley's Derby Reach Park, and the Lions Gate Wastewater Treatment Plant have walked off the job.
8. 노조가 이렇게까지 열받은 포인트는 직원 안전이나 외주화 문제도 있지만, 경영진의 엄청난 뻘짓이 컸어.
What got the union so riled up isn't just worker safety and outsourcing, but management's massive screw-up was a huge factor.
9. 노스 쇼어 폐수 처리장 짓는 데 예산을 7억 달러에서 무려 38억 달러(약 3조 8천억 원)로 뻥튀기해 버린 데다가 공사 기간도 10년이나 미뤄졌대.
I heard they blew the budget for the North Shore wastewater treatment plant from 700 million to a whopping 3.8 billion and to top it off construction got delayed by 10 years

On top of that, they got hit with fines for safety violations, so no wonder they're pissed off.
