He lured people in by promising to multiply their money through forex trading and split the profits

But the Securities Commission claims he barely traded at all and totally inflated his activity and profits

He basically blew 1.9 million of the 2.6 million raised on paying off old investors in a Ponzi scheme, traveling, fine dining, and shopping.

He dropped sixty-five grand on a Rolex paid thirty-one grand in rent blew nearly ten grand on PT and yoga and even got a three-grand tattoo

He straight up got inked using other people's investment money
10. 돈 돌려달라니까 ‘은행이랑 위원회가 계좌를 동결했다’고 둘러댔는데 둘 다 새빨간 거짓말이었고, 잔고 부풀린 가짜 명세서까지 발급했다고 함.
When they asked for their money back, he claimed the bank and commission froze accounts, which was a flat-out lie, and he even issued fake statements with totally inflated balances.
11. 게다가 정식 서류(프로스펙터스, 투자 내용을 상세히 적은 공식 문서) 하나 안 내고 48명한테 증권을 불법으로 팔았다는 혐의도 붙음.
Plus, he is also facing charges for illegally selling securities to 48 people without even filing a prospectus

He ended up getting hauled before the commission on August 18th to explain his mess.
